• Planning and research evidence will be complete and detailed - a good start but don't lose focus.
• There is excellent research into similar products and a potential target audience - similar products yes although some unfinished - now need target audience.
• There is excellent work on shotlists, layouts, drafting, scripting or storyboarding - not yet but too early.
• There is excellent organisation of actors, locations, costumes or props - diary is up and running and good.
• Time management is excellent - you have started posting early and consistently.

Diary

Today we are editing together some footage of different camera shots to make some sort of teaser trailer, we are also presenting presentations to the class of ideas and themes we have for our trailers.

Today we recieved new video cameras and were able to test them and work out how they functioned and whether or not they are better than our old equiptment and the conclusion was that they are considerably better than our previous cameras and will be a huge help and contribution throughout the year.

Today in lesson we were asked to start looking at filming techniques. We were put into two groups and headed out to film different camera shots over the school premises. Next lesson we plan to edit the shots together making a montage of the different camera shots making it look like some type of teaser trailer.
